About me

Hi! I'm Madeline. I became a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) in 2023. I became an SLP because I wanted to help others communicate and advocate for their wants and needs. I wanted to make a difference on a person's daily needs in their everyday life. Growing up I knew I wanted to be in the business of helping people build the life they wanted even when they were going through struggles. The blend of my love for sciences and the opportunity to utilize this skillset in assisting others highlights the rewarding nature of being an SLP. I found this amazing field after my aunt was in the hospital and receiving speech therapy services. The clinician showed me how just a few sessions of hard work can impact an individual's life extraordinarily. I worked in settings such as skilled nursing, early intervention, clinic based, and elementary school. I would describe my clinical style as client-centered, functional, family-centric, routines-based, strengths-based, and rooted in client empowerment to create self-advocates.

Maddie is a great therapist with both our children. She finds a way to connect with them both and keep them engaged. We are already seeing improvements.
