About me

Hi! I'm Madison. I became a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) in 2023. I always knew I wanted to work with people and help them, once I found speech and it was an easy decision. I love working with clients, watching them make progress, and seeing how excited the family gets when goals are mastered or challenges are overcome. I am Apraxia Kids certified, Food Chaining training with Cheri Fraker and Laura Walbert, Edwin Maas - Principles of Motor Learning, Once Upon a Time Foundation - Advanced, and CAS Workshop. Being an SLP brings me so much joy and I can't imagine doing anything else! I worked in settings such as private practice, hospital outpatient, and schools. I would describe my clinical style as holistic, client-centered, functional, individualized/personalized, family-centric, routines-based, strengths-based, and rooted in client empowerment to create self-advocates.

I think they capture my daughter’s shortcomings perfectly. I do have a concern because she is mispronouncing some words but I’m sure with the work they plan to do that that issue will resolve overtime

Madison successfully engaged my son with different activities. She communicated with me before the evaluation and by utilizing her expertise could make my son sit about an hour and cooperate.
