About me

Hi! I'm Samantha. I became a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) in 2019. I decided to become an SLP after my dad suffered a major stroke when I was in jr. high. His stroke had a huge impact on my family. Watching him go through speech, physical, and occupational therapy was such a unique experience. I never realized how important communication/speech/feeding was until it was taken away from someone so close to me. My dad's SLP changed his life and gave me my dad back. I knew after that experience that I wanted to make a difference in someone else's life and family. I worked in settings such as home health and teletherapy. I would describe my clinical style as individualized/personalized.
